Are you in your "Winter to Spring” phase?

People often ask me to define who I work with. I tell them that my ideal client is a “Winter to Spring” person or organization. This means that they are established, but they are still open to change.

They are in a place where they have a strong sense of self, however they need help better defining their main motivations and interrupting the patterns that no longer serve them. In some cases, everything may be going well on the surface, but there is a deeper “something” that has yet to develop. In other cases my clients are grappling with the tension between how their life is vs. what they thought it would be.

Whether you want to call it mature, middle aged, or experienced, the “Winter to Spring” phase is centered in the annual cycles of life, death, and rebirth that allow us infinite chances to strategize how to get closer to our best selves. Check out the video below for a deeper look into my thinking.
